Terms, Payments & Cancellations
I aim to keep this training clear, fair, and grounded in mutual respect. Please read the following carefully before booking. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.
Booking & Payment
When you book our Holistic Doula Training, you are reserving a place on the programme and (where applicable) an in-person training weekend.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed in advance.
Payment plans are available on the website and by individual arrangement. Please contact me before booking to discuss if a different plan would support you.
All payment plans are a commitment to pay the full course fee and must be completed within the agreed timeframe.
Access to course materials, live calls, and accreditation is dependent on payments being kept up to date.
Online Course Access
The Holistic Doula Course includes immediate access to digital content. Once access to the online modules has been granted, the course is considered to have begun.
Because this includes digital content delivered instantly:
refunds are not offered once the course materials have been accessed, unless otherwise agreed in exceptional circumstances.
If you are unsure whether the training is right for you, I strongly encourage you to attend the free introductory workshop or contact me to talk it through before booking.
In-Person Training Weekends
Places on in-person weekends are limited and carefully held.
If you need to cancel your attendance
Cancellations made more than 6 weeks before the training weekend may be eligible for a transfer to a future date, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the training weekend are non-refundable.
If you cancel within 4 weeks of the training weekend, the full fee remains payable.
I understand that illness, family responsibilities, and unexpected life events happen. If something significant arises, please contact me as soon as possible - I will always aim to be fair and compassionate while also protecting the viability of the training.
If I need to cancel or reschedule
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or postpone a training weekend due to circumstances outside my control (such as illness or an emergency):
the training will be rescheduled, and your place transferred, or
if rescheduling is not possible, a full refund for the in-person component will be offered.
I am not able to reimburse travel or accommodation costs, so please book flexibly where possible.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are offered to make the training more accessible and are agreed on an individual basis.
Please note:

missed or significantly late payments may result in paused access to course materials or live calls until resolved
accreditation will only be confirmed once full payment has been received
If your circumstances change, please let me know. If I don’t know, I can’t support you.
Accreditation & Completion
To complete the Holistic Doula Course and gain accreditation, you are expected to:
complete a case study
attend a one-to-one reflective session with me
This is designed to be completed within 12 months of your in-person training weekend (or enrolment date for online-only students). Extensions may be offered in cases of illness, caring responsibilities, or other significant life events.
Conduct & Participation
This training is held as a respectful, supportive and inclusive learning space.
I reserve the right to remove a participant from the course or associated online spaces if behaviour is harmful, disruptive, or undermines the safety of others. In such cases, refunds will not be offered. Wherever possible, concerns will be addressed through conversation first.
A final note
This training is relational, not transactional. I ask that you book with care and intention, and I commit to offering the same in return.
