I'm Evony Lynch, a former NHS midwife of 25 years, doula, and birth educator. I spent two and a half decades watching pregnancy and birth be managed, monitored, and medicalised, and I always knew it could be so much more. As a doula and teacher, I work from a different philosophy: that birth is a profound physiological event, and that women deserve support rooted in that truth. Whether you're preparing for birth or training to support others, you've found the right place.
